New Horizons RV | Luxury Full Time RV & Custom Fifth Wheels

Thank you and everyone at New Horizons for the friendly, knowledgeable and professional service you have provided me in designing, building and purchasing my 36ft fifth wheel MotoMover. I am a first time buyer and newbie full timer. You have given me an excellent first experience, being sincerely interested in what I was looking for in an RV and guiding me gently through the areas where my knowledge was deficient.

My focus has always been to own a full timer’s RV that provides safety, durability, ease of maintenance and longevity. I am very satisfied that not only have you built my RV with those qualities and more (like comfort & expert craftsmanship), you completed the unit with appliances and utility products that have the same qualities.

Phil, Drew, Erin, Marianne, Nancy, Mike and the rest of the experts at New Horizons: you have graciously extended your expertise to me to make the whole process from design to ownership and beyond painless, easy and even fun! That fact should not be dismissed quickly because every step and process, except actual acceptance, was accomplished by email, mail and phone. Even now, on the road, I contact Mike with questions and he responds immediately to discuss and provide answers. I am grateful.
